Entrepreneurial thought can be applied to many different problems of national and international interest. I recently wrote an Op-ed piece in Aviation Week and Space Technology, the leading trade magazine in aerospace engineering focused on workforce related issues – how does an industry which had huge successes during the past fifty years keep its edge? I believe it does so by attracting top talent and innovation.
